PRINCIPALS

Edward M. Pepin, AIA, LEED AP, GGP
A Registered Architect with over 30 years of professional experience, Ed has broad expertise in designing, and managing the construction of retail and grocery projects. As both a LEED Accredited Professional and Green Globes Professional, Ed is currently supervising several grocery projects in various stages of certification through the LEED and Green Globes process.

Patrick J. Moore, AIA
A Registered Architect with over 25 years of professional experience, Pat is the lead architectural designer for Pepin Associates. He has been responsible for numerous high quality corporate, religious, and retail design projects including the Big Y Foods, Inc. Corporate Offices, Simsbury Commons Alterations, and the Addition to St. Joseph’s Cathedral in Hartford, CT.
